As we continue to follow Paul and Barnabas on their first missionary journey, we come to a city called Lystra. What is fascinating about this portion of Scripture is to see how Satan continues to try to oppose God's work, but instead of using persecution, as he has in other cities, this time he attempts to use pride.
After a great miracle, the people of Lystra try to worship Paul and Barnabas as gods. They quickly shut it down and share the gospel of the "Living God" with the people of the city.
Discover how Paul and Barnabas stayed focused by staying on mission with what God had called them to do. This is the 36th sermon in the Book of Acts.
